Digital Storage Oscilloscope GDS-Series
The frequency bandwidth ranges from the handy 20MHz to the high-class 500MHz. In addition, up to 5GSa/s realtime sampling rate and 2M points memory depth can pick up and hold the complete signal in order to preserve the accuracy. PC interfaces such as USB, LAN, GPIB, RS-232C, and Printer Port are integrated to the panel to satisfy data transmit/save needs.

Analog Oscilloscope GOS-Series

Basic Test & Measurement




The GW Instek Basic Test & Measurement instruments can be divided into 4 groups: Digital Meters, LCR Meters, Safety Testers, and Specific Application T&M Instruments.

In the Digital Meter group, we provide 6 ½ digit, 5 ½ digit, 4 ½ digit, as well as 3 ½ digit benchtop multimeters, 4 ½ and lower digit handheld multimeters as well as a range of DC milliohm meters and AC power meter.

LCR Meter includes two main series, LCR-8000G and LCR-800 Series. Depending on the model, these series feature frequency of 2kHz ~ 10MHz, and accuracy of 0.05% ~ 0.1%.

For Safety testing, GPT-9900 and GPT-9800 Series safety testers provide you with a safe and quick measurement tool for AC/DC withstanding voltage tests, insulation resistance tests, and ground continuity tests. GLC-9000 leakage current tester supports all the major leakage current test standards for medical and general electrical equipment.

In order to provide a complete "one stop shopping" solution, 120MHz ~ 2.7GHz high precision frequency counters, automatic distortion meters and A.C. millivolt meters are also provided in this product line.
